1. Scope of service
STOAR provides technical infrastructure for merchants to create and operate online store pages.
STOAR is not the seller in contracts between merchant and customer unless explicitly stated.
2. Merchant responsibilities
Merchant is responsible for lawful listings, mandatory business disclosures, product information, complaints handling, and consumer law compliance.
Merchant must provide accurate legal identity and support contact details.
3. Platform rules and enforcement
Content and listings must not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
STOAR may remove content or suspend accounts in case of legal violations, abuse, fraud risk, or serious breach of these terms.
4. Payments and fees
Fees and payment rules are shown in pricing materials and merchant dashboard.
Platform fees are charged only according to published pricing conditions.
5. Liability
STOAR is liable within limits permitted by applicable law for providing the platform service.
Merchant remains fully liable for own business activity, products, and customer obligations.
6. DSA / legal notices
For legal notices (including potentially illegal content reports), use:
Reports should include URL, description of the issue, and contact details of the notifier.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law of the operator’s seat and mandatory EU/Czech consumer protections where applicable.
